His background includes company ownership and successful business management. Pat's extensive industry knowledge, commitment to service, and clear insight into the requirements of specialised commercial projects ensure the delivery of high-performance building glazing solutions.
Bee Choo Lim
Technical Sales Manager
Bee Choo has been in the building industry since 1986, specializing in the glass industry since joining Woods Glass in 1990. Her primary focus is on major project glass specification, tendering, and sourcing from a diverse array of local and international suppliers to deliver optimal glazing solutions. Bee Choo holds a diploma in Technology (Building), is a member of the NZ Institute of Quantity Surveyors Inc., and is a certified GANZ Accredited Standards Advisor. Her extensive expertise ensures the highest standards in our technical sales management at Woods Glass.
John O'Connor
Operations Manager
John began his façade journey in Ireland in 2002 as an aluminum installer. He moved to New Zealand in 2009, working as a Site Manager with Insite Facades before joining Woods Glass in 2013 as a Project Manager. Over the past nine years, John has managed key projects like Westfield Newmarket, Westgate Library, ASB Wynyard Quarter, and the Elm Apartments in Remuera. Recently, he also served as our Design Manager. Now, as our Operations Manager, John leverages his extensive experience to ensure the smooth operation and success of our projects.
Andrew Brookland
Financial Controller
With over 30 years of experience in systems, consulting, and finance within the commercial sector, Andrew also brings expertise in managing projects and facilities in the not-for-profit realm. He has overseen numerous high-end projects from an operational perspective while maintaining technical proficiency in financial management. Andrew, married with four adult children and three Siberian Huskies, balances a busy home life. His lifelong passions include playing cricket and collecting Star Wars memorabilia. Andrew wholeheartedly embodies the core values of the Woods Glass team.
Donovan Van Niekerk
Business Development Manager
Since starting his career in 2006 as a commercial façade installer, Donovan has explored many aspects of the window and door sector, from drafting and quantity surveying to sales and management. This diverse experience has shaped his strong technical and commercial knowledge. Today, Donovan heads up Business Development at Woods Glass, where he enjoys working with clients to understand their vision and turn it into reality with a seamless, high-quality finish..

Operations Manager
Wayne has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, a qualified builder by trade. He has assisted many of New Zealand's top architectural practices with product design and building solutions for commercial interior fit outs. He has many year's experience in business management, Health and Safety, continuous improvement and has passion to grow teams to be the best they can be. Recent years moving into the commercial Façade and Glazing industry with a focus on operational improvements.

Nick has been involved in the Construction industry for over 20 years. Beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter in 2000, Nick advanced into the field of quantity surveying achieving National Diplomas in both Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. An employee at Woods Glass for 6 years as an Estimator & QS, he is also a GANZ accredited glass standards advisor.
John Witty
Key Account Manager
John has been in the construction industry since 2010, the past 6 years have been spent in Aluminium Joinery & Glass. His role entails managing key accounts, estimation & tendering, glass procurement & providing technical information. John studied a Diploma in Construction Management & is a current NZ Glass Standards Advisor.
